Steps to create a sccLearn account
Obtain an Organization Code
You will need this code to create your profile. This code aligns with your affiliated organization or department.
County contracted providers: only providers who have a contract with the County can create a sccLearn account.
a. For (Behavioral Health Services (BHSD) providers, please contact your training manager or email [email protected] to obtain the organizational code for your agency.
b. For other department provides or CBOs that are not part of the County, please contact your Santa Clara County departmental coordinator or liaison.
County interns and volunteers: Please contact your department coordinator for the organization code.

Ensure you select the appropriate link to create your profile

3. Create a sccLearn account.
